Clinical Boss Membership – Terms & Conditions

Business Name: Clinical Boss ("Company", "we", "us", or "our")

By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing any Clinical Boss membership, program, or service, you (“Member,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. This agreement is formed upon purchase and does not require a signature.

1. Membership Overview

Clinical Boss provides educational, coaching, and business development resources, including but not limited to:

Group coaching sessions

Masterclasses and trainings

Community access

Optional access to our technology platform

Membership is offered on a monthly, annual, or lifetime basis, depending on the plan selected at checkout.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Subscription Plans (Monthly & Annual)

Monthly and annual memberships are billed in advance and automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.

By enrolling, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis unless canceled prior to renewal.

2.2 Lifetime Plan

A one-time payment grants access to the Clinical Boss membership for the duration defined in Section 8 (Lifetime Access).

“Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the Clinical Boss program and offerings, not the lifetime of the Member.

2.3 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access until payment is successfully processed.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

3.1 Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time.

Cancellation must be completed before your next billing date to avoid future charges.

No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.

3.2 Refunds

All sales are final, unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing.

We do not guarantee refunds based on lack of results or participation.

4. Access & Platform Use

Membership includes access to educational content and community features.

Access to the technology platform is optional and subject to separate terms and conditions. By using the CB Funnels product, you (“Member,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the terms and conditions.

If you cancel your membership:Your access to membership content will end at the close of your billing period.Any associated tech platform access will be deactivated.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any platform features at any time without liability.

5. No Guarantees or Earnings Disclaimer

Clinical Boss provides education, coaching, and tools only.

We do not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or earnings.

Your success depends on many factors including your effort, experience, and market conditions.

By participating, you acknowledge:

Results vary from person to person.

You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and outcomes.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, trainings, and resources provided are the intellectual property of Clinical Boss.

You may not:

Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any materials

Share login credentials or grant access to non-members

Unauthorized use may result in termination and legal action.

7. Code of Conduct

Members agree to:

Act respectfully within the community

Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior

Not use the program for unlawful purposes

Respect the privacy and confidentiality of others at all times. Do not share, misuse, or access personal or community information without clear permission.

We reserve the right to remove any member, without refund, for violations of these standards.

8. Lifetime Access Terms

For Lifetime Memberships:

“Lifetime access” refers to the duration that Clinical Boss and its programs are actively offered.

If Clinical Boss:Ceases operations,Rebrands, orDiscontinues the membership program,

then lifetime access may be modified, replaced, or terminated at our discretion.

We are not obligated to:

Provide perpetual access to any specific platform, feature, or content

Maintain the program indefinitely

In the event of closure, we may (but are not required to):

Provide notice

Offer alternative access, downloads, or transition options

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Clinical Boss shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Loss of income or profits

Business interruptions

Personal or professional decisions made based on our content

While we take reasonable measures to safeguard user content and information, we cannot guarantee absolute security and are not liable for unauthorized access, loss, or misuse beyond our control.

Your use of our services is at your own risk.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clinical Boss, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

Your use of the membership

Your violation of these Terms

Your actions or decisions related to the program

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the membership after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.
