Before you worry about conversions, funnels, or optimizing your offer… you need eyeballs. 👀

That means more traffic, more attendees at your workshops, more discovery calls on your calendar, more emails in your nurture list.

Here’s how to start growing your volume with intention:

Step 1: Choose Your Long & Short Game Strategy

We’re talking content - because content is what gets you found.

Pick ONE long-form strategy:
Think blog posts, a weekly email newsletter, or a podcast. Long-form content gives your people depth, builds trust, and boosts your SEO (hey there, Google).

Pair it with ONE short-form platform:
Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn - choose where your people already hang out. Keep it fun, engaging, and repeat your long-form message in a bite-sized format. Repurpose from your long-form content to make this easy and to stay consistent.

Don’t overthink it. Just start.

Step 2: Borrow Someone Else’s Traffic

You don’t need to go viral to grow. You need access.

Partner with someone who already has an audience.
Whether it’s a mentor or another professional in your niche - offer to create valuable content for them in exchange for exposure or a list of warm leads (a CSV full of dream clients? Yes please!).

Make it easy for them to say yes:

  • Show you care by referencing their value

  • Provide done-for-you content

  • Solve a problem their audience has

  • Offer a guest training or email series

  • Swap lead magnets

And here’s the proof it works: by focusing intentionally on lead generation and visibility, I’ve grown my email list to tens of thousands in just over a year.
Not with gimmicks, hacks, or even ads - but with consistent value and volume.

Step 3: Shift From Volume to VALUE

Once people know who you are, you’ve got to show them why they should stick around.

Your content, freebies, and offers should be focused on one thing: OUTCOMES.

  • What’s the result your audience wants?

  • What transformation are you helping them create?

  • How does working with you make life easier, better, or more aligned?

Every piece of content should speak to results. That’s what builds trust. That’s what nurtures buyer readiness. That’s what gets the YES.


You don’t need a million followers or a perfect funnel.


You need:

  • VOLUME (visibility)

  • VALUE (results that matter)

  • CONSISTENCY (show up even when it’s quiet)
