Purchases are processed by third-party payment processors such as Stripe. Your card details are handled directly by the processor under their own security standards and privacy terms. We receive limited information such as a transaction confirmation and the last digits of your card, and we do not store full card numbers.
If you opt in, we may send you marketing emails or text messages. You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any email, and out of texts by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help. We may still send you non-marketing messages related to your account or purchases. Standard message and data rates may apply to texts.

Please do not submit clinical records, health histories, diagnoses, or other PHI through our forms or Services.
Our Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing any Clinical Boss membership, program, or service, you ("Member," "you," or "your") agree to the following Terms & Conditions, together with our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Earnings Disclaimer, which are incorporated by reference. This agreement is formed upon purchase and does not require a signature.
Clinical Boss provides educational, coaching, and business development resources, including but not limited to:
Membership is offered on a monthly, annual, or lifetime basis, depending on the plan selected at checkout.
Monthly and annual memberships are billed in advance and automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. By enrolling, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis unless canceled prior to renewal.
A one-time payment grants access to the Clinical Boss membership for the duration defined in Section 8 (Lifetime Access). "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the Clinical Boss program and offerings, not the lifetime of the Member.
If a payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access until payment is successfully processed.
You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation must be completed before your next billing date to avoid future charges. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.
All sales are final, unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing. We do not guarantee refunds based on lack of results or participation.
Membership includes access to educational content and community features. Access to the technology platform is optional and subject to our separate CB Funnels Terms. By using the CB Funnels product, you agree to those terms.
If you cancel your membership, your access to membership content will end at the close of your billing period, and any associated tech platform access will be deactivated.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any platform features at any time without liability.

These CB Funnels Terms govern your use of the CB Funnels software platform ("Platform"), provided by The ABA Collective, LLC. They apply in addition to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. By subscribing to or using CB Funnels, you agree to these terms.
Access to the Platform requires an active subscription. You are responsible for your login credentials and all activity in your account, and for keeping your account information current. You may not share access with anyone outside your account or resell Platform access.
Your subscription is billed on a recurring basis to the payment method on file until canceled. In addition to your subscription, usage-based charges apply to what you send, such as approximately $10 per 10,000 emails, and pay-as-you-go rates for texts and calls. You authorize us to charge these usage fees to your card. If a payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access until it is resolved.
You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period. Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing. On cancellation, your access ends and your content and data may be deleted after a reasonable period.
You agree to use the Platform lawfully and to comply with all applicable laws, including anti-spam laws (such as CAN-SPAM) and messaging regulations. You must obtain proper consent before emailing or texting your contacts, honor opt-outs, and follow SMS requirements including STOP and HELP handling and rules against prohibited message content. You may be responsible for carrier fines or penalties resulting from your messaging. You may not use the Platform to send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or harmful content.
You own the content and data you upload. When you collect information from your own leads and customers through the Platform, you are the controller of that data and we act as your processor under your instructions, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for your own privacy policy, cookie notices, and consents. A Data Processing Agreement is available on request.
CB Funnels is for business, marketing, and online education. It is not a HIPAA compliant system. You may use contact and interest forms to capture basic details and general interest in your services, but you must not collect health histories, diagnoses, treatment or insurance details, or store client clinical records or any other Protected Health Information (PHI) in the Platform. Keep clinical records in your own compliant system.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and we may perform maintenance, updates, or changes to features at any time.
The Platform relies on third-party services, such as payment processing and messaging carriers, which are subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms, non-payment, or unlawful or abusive use, and we may remove content that violates these terms or the law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.
